Filip Hes

Filip is CEO of Delta Capacity AB, which develops, constructs and operates utility scale BESS across Scandinavia and Central Europe.

Filip has a strong background in software, having lead software development at several companies including development of the Battery Management System at Taiwanese battery manufacturer Xing Mobility, where he was responsible for algorithm development, thermal strategy, integration work and functional safety. He also kick-started development of a battery analytics platform.
