Mikko Preuss

Mikko Preuß, VP of Strategy & Commercial at terralayr, leads the client business and partner engagement for terralayr’s flexibility platform. He is responsible for shaping and developing the company’s commercial strategy and offering, including terralayr’s BESS commercialization services and flex products. Mikko draws on over 11 years of experience across corporates, startups, and investment firms in the energy sector. He launched his career at the leading wind power OEM Siemens Gamesa, advised major corporates on the energy transition as a strategy consultant at BCG, and led energy and climate tech investments as an investor at the venture capital firm Picus Capital.
